#karate class was a good one tonight. It's nice to have nothing but black belts in the room every now and then to take some time and go through kyu-level #kata but with black belt technique. Figuring out the practical applications and #bunkai for the sequences of the formal kata is where the interesting part is for me.

Getting a black belt means starting over again but with a whole new level of basic experience to draw on. It's cool to see the refinement process bring out the art in #MartialArts.
