Wife and I go to a fair number of #EDM shows – at least 30/yr. We try to buy merch at any shows where artists make merch available (which is sadly-few). So, we often have artist merch on. Today, at the farmers market, I was wearing a #BTSM hockey jersey and my wife was wearing a #GanjaWhiteNight hockey jersey. We're both in our fifties, so, when other EDM fans see our clothing, they often ask us in delighted surprise if we actually do go to shows, and then seem to remember us ever after. Guy at the flower stand, this morning, is one such person. He's going to EDC Orlando, soon. We've been previously, so we've been discussing things to look out for, good and bad, on his upcoming trip.

Saturday's #BTSM show was a lot of fun. They always create a nice atmosphere. Plus, got my day's steps in before heading home to go to sleep.

At noon, I was actually able to get tix to see #BlackTigerSexMachine at #Echostage in Early February. Only $30/ticket (plus $20 in fees). It's rare that an Echostage show is cheaper than a #Soundcheck show, yet, I'm going to be paying more to see #BarelyAlive at Soundcheck in late February than #BTSM at Echostage in early February. Oh well.

If #Ticketmaster is going to charge fees for their service, then, if a ticket sale starts at noon, I shouldn't be sitting at the "Tickets are about to become available...sit tight" popup for more then a few seconds after noon hits, let alone the several minutes that happened on yesterday's presale (which prevented me from _getting_ presale pricing) or today's regular sale.
