In Italy, and i think France, it’s not April Fool’s Day but rather April Fish Day. Kids used to secretly pin fish on each others backs as jokes.

I think we might have a much better world if we still did this rather than looking at the news on April 1 and trying to parse what planet killing, catastrophic shit, is real or a sick fkn joke. That line is currently really blurry.
