It is another iteration of the brawler64 controller but with an improved control stick to mimic the quirks of the original n64 (uneven octagon). at least that is MY main reason to look forward to this controller.
other than that, it comes with swappable faceplates and all the other features from previous brawler64 controller iterations (bluetooth wireless, but also cable connection and even an n64 adapter)
the first goal of 20k has already been met. the kickstarter is currently at 44k/50k (2nd goal)

TruheSo far so good: #brawler64 on Nintendo Switch works ootb without any problems and you can select whether it registers as a Nintendo 64 controller or Switch Pro Controller. Also works fine for GB/GBA games, where you only need A and B.
Two little downsides:
1. C-Buttons don't fully imitate face buttons in Pro Mode (only X and Y, not redundant A and B)
2. You have to disable USB controller support, which disables my 8bitdo adapter, which I use to connect my PS4 DualShock to my Switch

Just got this #Brawler64 Wireless Controller for my #Nintendo64 #N64 and it is FLAWLESS! Just plug the dongle into your N64 controller port and you're good to go. I've tested it on the following games:
- GoldenEye 007
- Super Mario 64
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
