Am I the only one who remembers that Sam Weiser Bookstore was located at 740 Broadway during the "magickal" years from the early 1960s to 1980s? It's basically next door to the first legal recreational cannabis dispensary in the history of the city: Housing Works at 750 Broadway. Something got charged up at that spot. And now grounds itself with a zap!
