The attempt to make an appointment was so obtuse and impossible, I decided to just pay the out-of-network rate to have it done by competent people at Mount Sinai's lab. Something about spending 20 minutes fighting to talk to a human being, only to be told that Quest's office in Melville, which is on their web site, doesn't exist, didn't build my confidence.
