with all due respect, your plan fails to recognize what you actually do is pen yourself with that logic. What you actually need is end to end secure communication that can't be shut off by external authority. So that John, working in the tax office can't determine your communication is unauthorized and just turns off your connection at the tower. Your behind in technology.
