Torpedo Shrimp were on sale at Giant Tiger last week so I decided to make my first #Bento! I bought these cute bento boxes almost 10 years ago but before my bariatric surgery, this was never enough food. Today I made Ebi Fry Bento, with a few torpedo shrimp, a roll of tamagoyaki, some salty edamame, and then rice in the other container. I had the leftovers for breakfast to make sure it all tasted okay and I’m really pleased. The tamagoyaki was shockingly good for the first time making it. I wish I had the lighter soy sauce, so it looks darker than I’d like, but that’s a lesson for next time.
