Don't you just love privatized healthcare? My doctor just left the practice that she was and went elsewhere in the same city. I called her old practice to ask for her new phone number so I could make an appointment. The man on the phone said: "We're not in the habit of giving out information for doctors who have left us."

Basically, if you aren't going to stay at our corporation, you can just "get sick and die."

Back in April we sold Tiny Pants to a woman in Queensland who a couple of horses and had some plans for this good girl.

We started hearing rumours a couple of months later and finally started digging in early October. Things turned out to be bad news but a bit of luck swung our way and we were able to buy her back.

Tiny came home this afternoon and is busy eating and running around. In a day or so we will give her the once over twice and get her back on track.

Kubuntu/Ubuntu, when you decide to replace my perfectly working Thunderbird with a SNAP package, that's fine, but PLEASE MAKE SURE IT WORKS.

For some reason, running `thunderbird` from a terminal works, but from the K/Start menu it silently DOES NOTHING.

How is it acceptable in this day & age for a program launcher to NOT LAUNCH and NOT SAY ANYTHING?

I just went to EB Games (Strathpine) to attempt to price match a game, they told me over the phone they price match stores within the centre. So I found a cheaper store in same centre that was selling same game. Alas they didn't price match cos they wanted me to use my internet to bring up the deal, of course I didn't bring my Android into the shops by accident. I still bought another game from there then walked around to Big-W.
