It is hard to express how much I resent being in a position where I must "nag." It's a big piece of why I've run away from managing people.
The only reason I’m not looking to emigrate yet is my son. SWMBO and I could work from anywhere, he will never work an hour of economically productive labor anywhere in his life, no matter the accommodations.
