Here we were interested in speech related subjective measures & how they may relate to performance based speech-in-noise recognition.

We used three commonly clinically used measures (SSQ, Hagerman & HINT),

Not surprisingly, the measures were not really related but the picture is a bit complex, of course, & there were some relationships in the normal-hearing group.
