I suppose I could make building easier by using Creative mode, or having a plan, but this is more fun.

I wanted to start building EpicEnchants' awesome Endermen farm yesterday evening, but instead I started setting up the awakening altar because I really want that alloy paxel so badly. I guess it makes more sense to get all those gems afterwards anyways so I can socket them in. This post might make sense to you if you play #minecraft #atm9, my favourite modpack so far.
Having fun with the #AllTheMods9 #ATM9 #minecraft modpack. Finished exploring a bunch of planets! Fun mod, though the planets themselves are a tad boring. Could do with a lot more structures, but I'm not sure if random mods appearing in these planets would make sense. Which means lots of custom work by the devs, which isn't easy. Hmmm...
Onto the next mod!
Played a tiny bit with the building side of All The Mods 9 tonight. Nothing much, just upgrading from the classic wooden plank box house.
I've started to do stuff with #GregTech... Send help! #Minecraft #moddedminecraft #atm9 ...
(It's not serious yet, I think? It's just that there are some cool early game tools and I came across enough Nickel and Aluminium, so... I can stop any time I want?)
I was looking through the #minecraft #atm9 mod list and discovered that includes both Biomes O' Plenty and Terralith. I didn't think that was possible but apparently that's Terrablender's job.
Would adding Oh The Biomes You'll Go also possible or would that cause a huge mess?
Started in a new All the Mods 9 - No Frills world. Near constant intrusion by Wandering Traders and their llamas.
Opting for an aggressively anti-Wandering-Trader stance. After an alternate solution¹ failed to resolve the issue, busted out the No Soliciting Banner and Restraining Order from Utilitarian.
¹: anybody need to borrow some leads or leather? I got loads.
I just want to state for the record that the combination of Amber Bees and WannaBees (yes, that's really their name) is godawfully OP. Deliciously OP. Amber Bees to encase whatever mob I encounter in a block of amber, and then put that next to a beehive filled with WannaBees to give me the loot I'd have gotten if I killed said mob. All automation. Don't need to fight mob bosses more than once.
I'm pretty certain this method is way underutilized, most people talk about "mob farms". And I'm like 'mob farm? What mob farm?' (cue John Travolta confused scene). I did set up a whole Neural Hostile Network for my Nether Star farm, but I'm starting to wonder if I just encased a wither and used WannaBees on it, I'd get more Nether Stars easier for the same amount of space... but I already have set up a whole NHN farm so no need for it anymore. Might maybe check out someday if I can be arsed, but I'm still busy trying to make the ATM-Star ingredients.
To envision what it looks like when I'm using Amber Bees to encase a mob, I explained the following to a buddy:
