I was enjoying Enigmatica 10, but I heard of this highly-themed modpack called "Liminal Industries" and had to try it instead. You start in the backrooms and have to punch chairs and tables for your first wood. The walls are indestructible and getting lost is a major worry, so drawing chalk on the ground is essential. These screenshots are all from early game, but I'm now at the point where I'm melting down scavenged appliances for metal and hooking up Create contraptions.

For the last few years I've played modded Minecraft with the Apathy mod to stop mobs randomly attacking me, but this modpack compartmentalizes the combat into specific telegraphed areas, so I'm actually wearing armour for once! ...Not in these screenshots, though. Maybe in future ones.

Migrated my "Create Above and Beyond" modded Minecraft world over to the computer I've been using lately... Last played 14 months ago.

I stopped with chapter 1 complete and Certuz Quartz Seeds in my inventory. I might continue this save from here and take time building a proper base now. Currently my Create machines are sprawled around a village on grass with the villagers trapped in their homes :)

We're back once again on our little island adventure today, one last time for a while, actually. This was the last stream we had back when I cut down the original playthrough into segments on the main channel. I would have done the same for the final three streams we had last year, but it was quite apparent after the third stream it wasn't worth continuing.

We leave off today in fairly high spirits, hoping to return soon to finish working on our growing industry. However, it'll be a while before we see this little island again. From here we get swept up in several different things over the next few years, always keeping us at arm's length.

Buckle up, though, for the next big block is just around the corner, where we kick off Season 2 of our Shared Hardcore runs, where this time, the Enderdragon isn't the end goal... How will we fare now that we have our sights set on killing both the dragon as well as The Wither in a single, shared life? Stay tuned to find out!

It's a block that increases random and block entity tick rates. Tl;dr, it makes furnaces run faster and plants grow quicker. It's more useful for modded Minecraft than survival, but then I did make this block specifically to speed up Forestry apiaries.

Ah Winter, so cold and dreary, perfect time to grab some cocoa, a warm blanket, and cozy up to some random twitch streamer struggling to survive on their isolated island against all sorts of environmental hazards. Braving harsh winds and fierce storms, cascading cave-ins, and the occasional wild animal bushing our hero from the darkness.

Amongst this struggle we hope to carve out a place for ourselves to not require as much effort to survive, to varying degrees of success. Maybe some day our hero will have a sprawling camp full of industry, agriculture, and comfort...
