Milestone reached! Mr. Paint is now feature complete, and currently versioned at 1.37. Just under 2 months from initial coding. Mr. Paint (ATASCII Screen Editor) is available on my GitHub at:

The next release of Mr. Paint will bring block copy and paste. And it will work across files! I’ve completed the functionality and have been testing. Just need some placement bounds control, or truncate if paste spills over screen edges, and it’s done. Expect a release by end of week.

Another day, another big release of Mr. Paint, my ATASCII Screen Editor. Version 1.30 is out and includes five block operations and brings back some of the special characters (all the ones displayable via BBS terminal). I updated the manual significantly as well.

Well, after having pulled Mr. Paint releases due to library dependent bugs in the file save and load routines, they have been rewritten and working fine now. So I released v1.20. Now available on the GitHub, and includes additional demo screens, updated manual a few new tricks. Enjoy!
