Man arrested in Houston area after indictment related to deadly 2023 fire in Huntsville
Mario Raynard Roberson, 52, is accused of conspiring to set his rental property on fire in order to obtain insurance payments. Two men he is alleged to have enlisted died in the fire north of Houston.

Prosecutors in court documents allege that Yesenia Espinoza Mendez, 38, intentionally ignited materials inside of the commercial structure in the 6600 block of Polk Street. The ignition caused the flames to rapidly intensify and surround the interior walls of the warehouse.
