Arson charges filed against woman accused of igniting fire that killed Houston firefighter
Prosecutors in court documents allege that Yesenia Espinoza Mendez, 38, intentionally ignited materials inside of the commercial structure in the 6600 block of Polk Street. The ignition caused the flames to rapidly intensify and surround the interior walls of the warehouse.
