This is the big ticket item that came in last week, the new Drammers Club 19 year Ardbeg Single Cask #5459. Aged entirely in an ex-Oloroso Sherry Butt.
We took it along on a weekend trip with a couple of friends to Blue - Inn on the Beach on Plum Island this past weekend. It was a perfect dram for sitting by the windows, looking out across the snowy beach at the ocean, and just relaxing.
Whisky Watcher #whisky shop (Denmark) has a nice bottle of collaboration between Wu Dram Clan and Murray McDavid. It’s a 15 yo single malt from Ardbeg distilled in 2008. 57.7% abv. Price is around 425 Euro (3175 DKK).
