Both from Spring Mill Distillery, but different in the glass. Cooper’s brings spice, oak, and structure. The blend is softer with sweeter vanilla.

Weekend starts with a Termini. 3 parts #rye (used to be Bourbon but it is a US thing sadly), 2 parts #cointreau and 1 part #coffeeliqueur. One of my better creations when it comes to #cocktails

I swung back into Julio's Liquors last week to pick up another couple of bottles they were holding for me.

The new Ardbeg Dolce is the latest annual Ardbeg Day special release. Finished in ex-Bourbon and Marsala dolce wine casks.

The Pinhook 10 year rye "Finish Line" is part of the ongoing Loch & Key Whisk(e)y Society vertical series. Each year a parcel of the same rye is bottled, just one year older than the last. The first release was aged 4 years and, despite the name, this isn't the end of the line yet.

BUZZED BENEATH THE WAVES

- 1 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz orgeat
- ½ oz Cynar 70
- ¾ oz Amaro Averna amaro
- 1 oz rye
- 1 oz overproof Pot Still Lightly Aged Rum ❶

Shake // Open pour // Garnish: grated nutmeg

A bit more bitter for those die-hard Jungle Bird fans. After preparing as directed, snapping the pic, and finally starting to sip I found it way too potent to be over a rock. I'd recommend an open pour over crushed ice. Originally seen on IG onesipclub.
