This is exactly what I mean that offering the service of “apocalypse prevention” discursively justifies and legitimizes the ignorance of all current, emerging societal problems that AI systems generate, such as large language models (#LLM) amplifying #bias #disinformation and #hiddenlabour, to name a few.

Now we should take this idea and apply it to any kinds of #AI #algorithm #systems (and most other things too that your post says) - it very clearly shows that code is no god (and neither are people who wrote it). No code is :)
