Uuuugh... I should really start working out what I'm gunna need to wear... I don't think I have anything appropriate for Malaysia anymore... I don't even have a makeshift headscarf anymore. I'm going to get yelled at I just know it. DX
Well maybe I can borrow one from a relative... once they're done yelling at me.
Working in a real collaborative team is taking my #AnxietyBrain some time to get used to.
Every week before our Monday Triage I get anxious about asking questions, every time I do people are super helpful & get me on track to solve my issue.. and I feel warm & fuzzy after because my colleagues are all great!
I hope eventually I can phase the #anxiety out the loop!

Good evening, shop! Today for first time in 2 years I have managed to go sit with my sangha. #anxietybrain has meant that sitting at all became problematic, and so I had to give up going to sangha for the duration.
But things are looking up; I've manage short sits at home without problems for last couple weeks, so I thought I'd chance it.
