So the package with the drive arived today from #amazon it contained the sealed retail packaging for the ssd.
Odd thing, the shrink wrap wasn't around the package but around the content on the inside.
The box itself had the usual "sealing" stickers that Samsung uses.

If you think "smells fishy" that's because it is.
The box contained the handbook but no drive.

getting a refund went smooth so I assume I'm not the only customer that got one of those fraudulent packages
