And since Pelmorex is providing the #AlertSystem without a revenue stream, they're pretty unresponsive when there are problems.
Our #CommunityRadio station is required to carry the alerts, but when we noticed their feed was down the only response I got from their tech was "Works For Me". It got fixed a few months later, but it left us vulnerable to the CRTC's wrath during that time.
Not that a public service would do any better...
