In 2015, I was homeless & jobless alongside my spouse, who is a Navy Veteran. I did the only thing I thought I could do to start rebuilding from homelessness which was to start a blog. It became a resource blog, & I'm now gradually working to focus it more on being an active adoptee resource. #adoptees #adopteevoices are sadly under-represented - particularly across the United States. As a member of Adoptees Unite (http://adopteesunite.org), I also serve as a researcher on our content team. I can attest to it being incredibly difficult to find materials scholarly or otherwise presented in an adoptee centric & inclusive fashion.
