Trying out a new poly gel (i.e. extension gel), one that *shouldn't* trigger my acrylate allergy (HEMA, etc). I used a sandwich nail form to get the shape, then filed down the gel that leaked out the sides.

The shape isn't much different than my natural nail. My goal isn't necessarily to lengthen my nails, but to strengthen/armor then with gel...I just need something that doesn't irritate my skin.

So far so good! No itch, but I'll have to leave it on for a couple days to be sure. 🤞💅

PS: Brand is "Makartt". I cleaned my nail, then used their base coat and their clear poly gel.

Hundreds of tons of #vinyl #chloride were released in this #Ohio #train #derailment. #Burning it produces more toxins. In addition the train was carrying #butyl #acrylate, #benzene, #ethylhexyl #acrylate, and #ethylene #glycol #monobutyl #ether.
