Day 20 : A drama that made you sad or cry?

I do not cry very often in front of dramas.
I'm always prepared to fictionnal main characters facing the worse.
But #kdrama #YouthOfMay (2021) made me cry a river.
Injustice of people being injured/killed because they were just in the streets at that moment, or because they were trying to help others. It was mainly tears of incomprehension.
And at a personnal level : empathy from a healthworker to other healthworkers facing that hard time when injured people overflow and when you are not sure to be up to the task.

Rude émotionellement, ce drama tire son tragique bouleversant dans la réalité de l'Histoire.
La force de ce drama est qu'il nous fait vivre et revivre cette incompréhension face à l'explosion d'une violence injuste et arbitraire, et nous fait réaliser combien fragiles sont nos vies.
Très bien joué dans l'ensemble.
(Mention spéciale personnelle pour Oh Man Suk, dont le personnage m'a donné froid dans le dos)
Je regrette juste que le début qui donne un contexte personnel aux personnages soit un peu long et inutilement tortueux.

The last episode of #YouthOfMay was so heartbreaking that I cried even after finishing it. I've never cried so much for a drama.

Particularly the scene when the ML is in front of the ocean and says those touching lines!

Besides the fact that I can't stop crying and feeling sad, in the light of recent events, how can a South Korean President even consider declaring martial law, knowing what it means to the population?

He's not even young, he lived through those times as a kid or a teenager.
