Cowboy Biltong is a brand of biltong made in Thailand using traditional South African recipes. Our biltong is made with 100% grass-fed beef, and it's slow-cured and air-dried to perfection. It's the perfect snack for any time of day, and it's sure to satisfy your cravings for something savory and delicious. We were founded by two South Africans who are passionate about bringing the taste of biltong to Thailand. We wanted to create a product that was made with the same high-quality ingredients and traditional methods as biltong in South Africa. We are committed to using only the finest ingredients in our biltong. Our beef is sourced from local farms, and we use only the best spices and herbs, in our traditional slow-curing process.
