-3 °C but lovely and sunny this morning. Practically lost feeling in toes and finger tips so I think I may need thicker socks and better gloves! Body warmed up quickly however. Great ride overall.

Lovely day, albeit a bit wet at times, for a cycle ride in the morning. The autumn colours are lovely this year. This is the Worth Way, part of the National Cycle Network route 21 (London – Eastbourne via Redhill, Crawley, East Grinstead...). This photo was taken heading back to Crawley from East Grinstead.

Cycling the Worth Way in West Sussex.
Rode the #WorthWay (#Crawley to #EastGrinstead and back, 24 km) for the first time this calendar year. I usually avoid it during the winter as there are some bits that get really boggy. Not bad today although it should be significantly better in a few weeks, I hope.
Lovely temperature, no rain, and all walkers, cyclists, and dogs well behaved! 🙂
