@tgent_fens @LongCovidPharmD @longcovid I'm seeing a lot of #LongCovid sufferers falling into the trap of alt medicines that so many with #AcquiredDisability fall into too. It can be a cripplingly expensive and often fruitless journey. There are a few #ScienceBased and #WooFree groups out there for ppl with conditions like #MECFS and #fibromyalgia which have similar symptoms to #LongCovid they are worth talking to. Also if you haven't heard of #SpoonTheory it's worth looking up
