here's a gift to everyone on fedi and beyond. I've been playing with this for a couple of days now.

this is the original UUP sets for Windows CPC (aka Windows WNC, aka Windows Cloud PC), that is, the operating system preinstalled on the Microsoft Windows 365 Link. AMD64 and ARM64 sets included. convert them to ISO with your favourite tool and enjoy.

don't install it (with latest CU) on real hardware you care about, it'll apply a CiPolicy (locked via BS-only UEFI NVRAM var), so you won't be able to boot anything else with secure boot enabled.

the latest CU also will automatically encrypt C: with bitlocker, with VMK sealed by TPM only, no recovery key.

the non-updated 26100.1 is broken, OOBE just doesn't work and you get a desktop where the only things you can do are shift+F10 for cmd or ctrl+shift+F10 for admin cmd.

the latest update removes all that, and only creates an admin account on the ctrl+alt+del screen if the system is considered unlocked (booted with testsigning, secure boot off or cipolicy not loaded). also, shift+F10 to open a shell will only work on systems considered "unlocked" in the aforementioned manner.
