VarceptiousHaving a rough day today, and im thinking it's because of my mentality. Earlier today I noticed in passing that my stomach looked bigger than normal. Ever since I've had an off day, Im thinking it's from me feeling like a failure. I used to weigh 300lbs and had gotten down to 216lbs which was amazing. I had confidence and felt comfortable in my skin. I've gained weight since then as this was 3 years ago, and I'm scared I'm going to get back to that 300lb place where I was miserable and my health took a huge dip. I want to lose weight again, but the question is how do I do it? Working out never helped, and dieting only worked while I continued to diet. I'm at a loss, and it's affecting me mentally now. I don't even know where to start, not to mention limited mobility stuff cause of my ankle issues and my fibromyalgia kicking my butt.

Sadly I am not into programming, interested, but don't know where to start.
And the biggest question of all (for me) is: which project to support? And how?
Aren't there some pages that offer stuff like that? I guess there might be some, but again: #wheretostart ?
