I get to post about IRL tech events and coffee chats that are inclusive and accessible, where I meet people outside of tech (like Fashion) who are joining the industry to advance their fields. I think that's cool.
Then there's today: I reposted what Netflix's Bill Yost shared! He is how i discovered #WeirdLinkedIn and my feed improved coz I have connected with people who are non-vanilla in the professional world with their colourful POV and insights!
He's only ever posted fun and insightful things so I just think his haters are legit jealous. "This is not Instagram" LOL.
Personal Branding and human psychology like authenticity and entertainment hence the high engagement AND reach!
This is why Bill is "viralling" despite my lack of like for that word. I think we should replace it. Same thing wth "influencers."

There are bullies and unhappy people everywhere who have nothing better to do than put people down because they’re so threatened you’re not conforming. They don’t have a concept of personal branding or human psychology: i.e. a lot of audiences here enjoy transparent, entertaining, and authentic content like Bill’s. Otherwise why would this happy pirate’s posts be so popular and beloved (me included in the #WeirdLinkedin fan club)? ❤️ “Also: a few people have been mad at me for what I post LinkedIn.
