Another great point made in the Defending Democracy Podcast:
On recent changes made in the GA Mass Voter Suppression Bill SB-202, instead of making changes to further protect voting rights by minimizing the problems of partisan-based, and targeted mass voter challenges:
"They passed a new law that mandates counties adjudicate those challenges and actually punishes counties if they don't. So, essentially the law got changed in GA to make mass challenging easy, but dismissing mass challenges or ignoring mass challenges harder." - Marc Elias

"If you don't tackle these problems when they come up they don't go away in future years. It's not like if you let it happen in one election the vote suppressors will be satisfied two years, four years later." - Marc Elias
Thanks for spreading the news about this Defending Democracy Podcast, Leslie. This podcast deals with some very important topics on Voting that we all need to keep up with.
Great background on the 2021 Ossoff and Warnock runoff challenges, Marc.
