Virginia Grey heads to Reno for a divorce after discovering her new husband (Norman Willis) is actually a notorious gangster. The first attorney turns her down and then rats her out. Her new attorney has her hide out (in order to meet residency requirements) at Richard Arlen's struggling ranch. It's the 30's so a romance develops (after the usual misunderstandings and fights). Meanwhile, a pissed-off Willis is on the way. Average.
