#VineyardOffshore, which developed #VineyardWind 1, has submitted a proposal for a 1.2GW offshore #windfarm to three New England states.
Proposal is for #VineyardWind2, and it was put forward in response to a solicitation from #Massachusetts, #Connecticut, and #RhodeIsland for up to 6.8GW of #offshorewind. It was proposed to each state and to the three states together under New England solicitation process.
