Mayday FL near Ocala: Trump arrives by fuel hogging air motorcade as MAGA meatheads descend on the Villages
On Mayday (May 1) 2026, Donald Trump showed up in The Villages in Sumter County, FL to tell more lies. Thousands of MAGA meatheads showed up, some having camped out since the previous day. This is a warning that Trump support still has a difficult to reduce floor after all the scandals including the Epstein files.
Protesters also showed up, but the huge crowd of MAGA meatheads was enough to hide a protest even of hundreds. WESH got a video clip showing a few protesters, another media outlet reported "hundreds." I never found them, even though I arrived as Trump's Ospreys and helicopters were landing. One newsman (who could have been lying) said he had seen none since 10AM. Another person who had shown up to protest said he too never found the others.

the protesters included someone with a sign saying "resist like it's 1938 Germany" and even someone with a blowup doll depicting Trump being burned at the stake. No idea if this was one big protest or several smaller ones that didn't manage to link up.
Interestingly, not one of the MAGA meatheads seemed to realize they had an antifa recon element (myself) right out in the open among them!
