Hier, c'était la Fête aux langues de Wallonie, notre évènement annuel sur les langues régionales, avec beaucoup d'activités proposées. Comme chaque année, il y a notamment eu un concours de néologismes.

Globalement, les propositions lauréates sont assez transparentes : "téléovrer" pour télétravailler, "vélovrer" pour vélotaffer, "aurdance d’èfants" [=gardance d'enfants] pour baby-sitting, "tot seû sul sin.ne" [=tout seul sur la scène] pour one-man-show…

Flatlands - Day 18: Huy -> Maastricht (63 km)

A ride along the #Meuse river, passing by the Tihange #nuclear power plant—where two reactors have been permanently shut down and the third is in maintenance—then alternating between abandoned sites from Wallonia ’s glorious past in heavy #industry and more idyllic spots. Finally, back to the #Netherlands .

After a day off in Namur we had today a short ride in the heat, with spectacular views, by just following the excellent cycle path along the #Meuse river.
