That warning alone by @AuswaertigesAmt should be enough to not enter it, espechally since it ain't a mere on paper thing rarely used (i.e. with fake documents/forged papers/false statements/pending fines) [like Japan does it] should be enough to never enter the USA, unless one were also comfortable travelling to North Korea.
