It's been a while since I stepped on a scale, but today I felt the need. My weight went up a little, about 4 kgs where I was, and about 6-7 where I want to be ideally. I don't just say it because of the numbers, but because I truly felt it the last couple of weeks, that I am going slower, I can lift less, harder to go up on hills and stairs.
I need to work on it, since I was ill from about last week of August until mid October with various shit, I totally left myself down. No exercise, and more importantly tons of junk food and bad habits.
So to make it myself a challenge, I will create a nice simple rules. From this week, every Saturday morning I weight myself and if I don't lose weight compare to the previous week, I simple won't post on that week. A simply ban myself from fediverse for a week.
It's a 7-week challenge (until the first full week of January), my aim is that I need to be 62 kg or under. And of course to get back to the habit of living, how I lived in the first year when I went vegan. That was with purpose and full of memories.
So the challenge starts now...
