“Questa è una riforma della giustizia che non serve ai cittadini, e che non entrerà nel cuore dei problemi. Il cuore dei problemi è il ritardo nel ricevere le sentenze”. Lo ha detto a Brindisi l’europarlamentare del Movimento 5 stelle Giuseppe Antoci partecipando ad un incontro nell’ambito delle iniziative per la campagna referendaria sulle ragioni del ‘No’, per la riforma della giustizia, in vista del voto che si terrà il 22 ed il 23 marzo prossimi.
“Si tratta di una riforma per colpire la magistratura. A ricordarcelo è la presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni che, uno giorno sì ed un giorno no, fa le sue dirette contro i magistrati. Non sarà una riforma – ha sottolineato l’eurodeputata M5s Valentina Palmisano – che toccherà la giustizia nel senso di velocizzare o efficientare i processi”.
