Time to #vote.
Time to #vote.
Do not vote MODERATE.
Why?
Because moderates are the people who will tell you that unity is more important than accountability and change. They are also the people who will forever tell us they're going to do something, but often don't. Or, if they do, they take forever to do it, dragging their feet, kicking and screaming, claiming change is hard and takes an unreasonable amount of time. It is all a stall tactic for you to accept the overall new awful normal set by the previous corporate sellouts and conservatives.
Look at what MAGA did. They made horrible, sweeping changes, and it took nearly no time at all.
Now look at the New York mayor, a democratic socialist, who delivered real accountability and change in just a few short weeks and months. He didn't just say he was progressive; he proved it.
Do you want a healthier world? Do you want real, tangible change? Do you want honest and true accountability and justice?
Vote progressive. Because moderates will just keep things mostly "as is" and give you excuses. None of this gets better if we don't break the cycle.

Pennsylvanians, it's time to #vote! Polls are open tomorrow (Tuesday) from 7am to 8pm. Find your local polling place here: https://www.pa.gov/services/vote/find-your-local-polling-place
If you have a mail-in or absentee ballot for this election, don't drop it in the mail (by now it won't arrive in time to be counted), but take it in person to any official drop-box or election office in your county and deposit it there: https://www.pa.gov/agencies/vote/voter-support/mail-in-and-absentee-ballot/return-ballot. (These are usually different locations than your in-person voting location.) #PAPol
Side note to candidates: I don't expect your campaign website to have stock photography and flashy graphics.
You're applying for a job writing laws, not selling a hot new movie or video game.
What I expect is that your campaign website explains, in detail, what you intend to do with the office you're running for.
Avoid vague, tautological statements like “public safety is important.” That means nothing. “#Vote for me and I'll fund X, outlaw Y, and defend your right to Z”—that means something.
I would like to once again express my gratitude for the #vote by mail system in #Oregon.
No standing in line. I just get the ballot in the mail, fill it out, and drop it in a box at the local library. There's plenty of time to research and discuss the candidates and issues. It's great.
If #voting by mail is available where you are, be sure to look into it!
And be sure to look up candidates' campaign websites and read their detailed platforms! That way you'll know what you're voting for.
