Having realised my 9" Sponge tin was elsewhere I grabbed a Panettone Basso Case and used that Instead.
These are perfect if you are baking a cake to give away, then you don't need to worry about forgetting your tin😉
It's an apple cake with Wholemeal Spelt which tasted fabulous by the way😍 🍎 🍏
