With the closing of the public toilets in Stephens Green, I would like to remind people of the phrase #UrinaryLeash in the past this was used to describe how the lack of public toilets women were permitted to use meant they could often not travel far from their homes. I believe this modern leash is to ensure poor people cannot access facilities as the rest of the toilets in the area are in restaurants etc so if you cannot afford to buy something you cannot use the facilities #mastodaoine
