I think people forget that #unions use to have more grit and force. Many #UnionMembers died to get the 40-hour work week, and many also would pull their bosses to the street to get publicly beat-up for fucking over the workers. I like to look back at the #LaborHistory of #America and remind myself of the blood spilled for rights that seem less and less obtainable.

Two - the NLRB is a bad forum for retaliation cases. Agency must be FULLY FUNDED, but workers must be able to file suit in court to enforce the NLRA, with attorneys fees if the worker wins.
