Antibiotic Awareness week is a great time to bust the myth of IV route being superior to PO.

It’s a deeply entrenched dogma in medicine, but recently I’ve seen folks across specialties embrace PO route. Encouraging, but keep working on it, especially having 1 on 1 conversations when there’s hesitation or pushback.
