Russian troops raped women as old as 83 while their families were forced to listen
"The United Nations' Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine has found that in the Kherson region, Russian soldiers raped and committed sexual violence against women of ages ranging from 19 to 83 years, often together with threats or commission of other violations," the latest UN report reads. "Frequently, family members were kept in an adjacent room, thereby forced to hear the violations taking place."
◾Insider previously reported on the case of a woman who recounted being raped by Russian soldiers who killed her husband. The woman ushered her crying 4-year-old son to the next room before the attack, but his cries so angered her attackers that they threatened, with a gun to her head, to "show him his mother's brains spread around the house," she said in an interview with The Times of London.

Russia puts top ICC officials on wanted list
The Russian Interior Ministry put the Chairman of the International Criminal Court Piotr Hofmanski, his deputy Luz del Carmen Ibanez Carranza, and Judge Bertram Schmitt on the list of wanted persons, the Mediazona news outlet reported on Sept. 25, referencing the ministry's database.

🤡The Russian Interior Ministry has put the leadership of the International Criminal Court, which issued the arrest warrant for Putin, on the wanted list.
The wanted list includes ICC President Peter Hoffmann, First Vice President Luz Del Carmen Ibáñez Carranza, and Judge Bertram Schmitt. The cards state that they are wanted under an article of the Russian Criminal Code, but it is not specified under which article.
▪️ Earlier, ICC judges and prosecutor Karim Khan were put on the wanted list. In Russia, criminal cases have even been opened against three judges.

The chairman of the Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine, Eric Møse, said that his team had gathered additional evidence of the systematic and widespread use of torture by the Russian military in the areas under their control.
“In some cases, torture was used with such brutality that it resulted in the death of the victim,” Møse emphasized.
