Seeing a bunch of Tweets being all "I can reply if I schedule this Tweet".

As far as I know, the only ways to schedule a Tweet is to have an API....

Or pay for promoted Tweets.

Time for another influx of users?

#YearEndThoughts The difference between Revolution and Evolution is just one letter ;) #ActivityPub has developed over many years, finding new solutions for social communication. That was and is an evolutionary, iterative process that is ongoing. The #TwitterWave doesn't turn that into a revolution, just because some loud voices think it does ;)

So there's this nice bungalow park in a far-out place. People happily go there to meet each other, build a bit here, a bit there and discuss with their neighbours what to do next.

Some hikers come by every now and then, stay, join and feel welcome.

Suddenly 20 buses stop at the entrance. Full of loud and obnoxious city folks that want everything to be the way they are used to. They refuse to listen, to adapt and keep on shouting and demanding stuff. That's the #TwitterWave on #Mastodon ;)
