Ever wonder why fast food fries, tots, etc, are salted but you don't see it? The trick is they use a finer grind of salt the same grind as popcorn salt. Now you know.

A wok works wonders for browning off meat. It doesn't try to push over the side, the hot spot is dead center, holds 2 or 3 Lbs with ease.
This is filling for beef & cheddar toquitos--yes I am making Mexican beef in a Chinese pan 😁
