You can, by following @<twitterUserName>@bird.makeup or one of the other Twitter bridges.

The problem with all Twitter bridges is that you're just following that one person, not the conversations they're involved in.

The problems I see with bird.makeup specifically are:

1. Sometimes by going to a specific post you can get a direct link to that post on Twitter to read the entire thread -- and sometimes you can't.

2. All posts on bird.makeup are marked unlisted, so boosting doesn't work as intended.

Maybe there is another #TwitterBridge that solves these bird.makeup specific problems; if you know of one please let me know.
