I read about #deadbirdsite limiting the number of tweets a user can read a day.

I have questions: 1) How the eff did they come up with 600 — Elon’s reading speed maybe?
2) WHYEE do that?
3) What happens when you try to read the 601st tweet?

Had this message on the bird site a few minutes ago. I think I've sent like three tweets all day. At first I thought it was just me, but then I googled the error message and it's affecting loads of people.
