One thing has been crystal clear since I made the Fediverse my home.

The exposition of greed and corruption by the wealthy, the depth of racial, class, fascist and trans problems, the strategies and schemes of predatory marketing, the wrangling of political legislation, the bias of media is front and center.

I for one, prefer to know who is screwing me over and that information is 100x more available on the Fediverse than on any other platform in my experience.

All others are filled with gripey talking points and witticism with a noticeable lack of depth.

Not here. Facts are here. Even perspective and opinion posts are smarter and have factual data to back them up.

We're not going to go without problems. But here they are fewer and taken care of more quickly.

Another case for the Fediverse.

One thing about the Fediverse that is obscure until recognized, is its natural system of checks and balances. This by the way branches into truth in reporting for all media, not just journalism.
